If you are a new homeowner, please check your assessments to ensure you are keeping current. If you purchased a home and reimbursed the seller for the annual assessment, you will be good until the end of the year. If the seller was paying quarterly, you would need to ensure you have the quarterly payment information current, and on your schedule to pay. You can check your account through your Sentry website. This information and the Sentry link are located in the HOA Information Center under Financial Information. Please ensure you get a login for the HOA site and read this information to ensure you are able to keep current. We do not like to impose late fees and want you to be able to stay current in your assessments.

Please be sure and read over the Community Center Handbook and the Pool Rules and Regulations
Applications & Forms
Here you can find the Capron Ridge HOA Docs

Yard waste information

If a holiday falls on your regular collection day, you will not receive service that day. After the holiday, Waste Management will resume regular pickup and you will receive service on your next scheduled day.
Please contact our contractor, Waste Management, Inc., located at 3303 Lake Drive, Cocoa, Florida 32926, at (321) 636-6894 for missed pick-ups, commercial yard waste, and bulk pick-ups (i.e. furniture, appliances, etc.). Please email yardwaste@cocoafl.org or call 321-433-8770 to schedule a residential yard waste pick-up. For recycling tips and instructions, please visit: https://www.wm.com/us/en/recycle-right

For Waste Management pick-up problems please fill out our Request Tracker Form, or call 433-8788. Please have your name and address ready. You may get additional landfill information by visiting Brevard County Landfill website or calling them at (321) 633-1888. For billing services and questions, please contact us at (321) 433-8400.

Any bulk yard waste that is larger than three (3) cubic yards (about the size of a picnic table) and cannot fit inside your Waste Management provided yard waste container, must be called into our Public Works Department which will schedule Waste Management to pick up within ten (10) business days. Yard waste should not be mixed with other types of debris such as fencing or construction material or it will not be serviced.

Small, loose yard waste can be placed inside your yard waste container and put out on your curb on your regularly scheduled yard waste pick-up date. If you are unsure of your pick-up dates, you can visit our website at https://www.cocoafl.gov/484/Solid-Waste-Management and click on our interactive service date map. You can also use your other Waste Management-provided waste containers to place yard debris as long as there is no other waste in those cans.

BULK YARD WASTE COLLECTION PROCESS
  • Smaller than three cubic yards: Fit inside your provided Waste Management Yard Debris container on your regularly scheduled yard waste pick-up date.
  • Larger than three cubic yards: Call or email Public Works at (321) 433-8770 or yardwaste@cocoafl.gov.
