If you are a new homeowner, please check your assessments to ensure you are keeping current. If you purchased a home and reimbursed the seller for the annual assessment, you will be good until the end of the year. If the seller was paying quarterly, you would need to ensure you have the quarterly payment information current, and on your schedule to pay. You can check your account through your Sentry website. This information and the Sentry link are located in the HOA Information Center under Financial Information. Please ensure you get a login for the HOA site and read this information to ensure you are able to keep current. We do not like to impose late fees and want you to be able to stay current in your assessments.
Please be sure and read over the Community Center Handbook and the Pool Rules and Regulations

Any bulk yard waste that is larger than three (3) cubic yards (about the size of a picnic table) and cannot fit inside your Waste Management provided yard waste container, must be called into our Public Works Department which will schedule Waste Management to pick up within ten (10) business days. Yard waste should not be mixed with other types of debris such as fencing or construction material or it will not be serviced.
Small, loose yard waste can be placed inside your yard waste container and put out on your curb on your regularly scheduled yard waste pick-up date. If you are unsure of your pick-up dates, you can visit our website at https://www.cocoafl.gov/484/Solid-Waste-Management and click on our interactive service date map. You can also use your other Waste Management-provided waste containers to place yard debris as long as there is no other waste in those cans.
