I live in Capron and own The Studio at Grove Pointe, which is a quick 6 minute drive from our neighborhood. The Studio is a beautiful, clean boutique style workout facility with a simple pay-as-you-go of $5 per class. When you visit the studio, you may be surprised to learn how many fellow students live in Capron (shout out to Cashel Village!) There are no grades and no judgement in our classes! Just come to have fun and dance around the world for an hour!
