HOA completed items for August 2022

a. Created ServPro emergency profile - This tool is intended for property managers, risk managers, and owners, both residential and commercial. It allows the user to create an emergency-ready profile of their facility containing critical information to help speed up response time after fire or water damage. Help is then just a few clicks away. The application stores property details, utility shut-off locations, key contacts, damage photos, local weather, and more.
b. 5 dead trees removed for safety per board approval July 2022
c. Retention ponds are now being treated for weed control, triploid carp stocked 198 main ponds, 30 Tralee Bay pond,, 20 Dublin Manor pond (based upon pond surface volume). The ponds have been sprayed twice
d. Clubhouse printer received and will be installed
e. Mandated County tree installations approved, and permit will be issues

There has been misinformation on facebook about the ponds. I went to the Capron Ridge website and was able to access what is being done to rid the ponds of weeds. The ponds have been treated twice (hence the brown stuff) and carp that specifically feed on this noxious weed added. Btw..the brown stuff does not smell. Just dead weeds. Thank you to our board for reacting.
